Frequently asked questions

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrading or downgrading takes effect immediately. We prorate charges for mid-cycle changes.

What counts as a request?

Each API call to generate an image counts as one request. Usage and health check endpoints do not count toward your quota.

Do paid plans include storage?

Yes. Free plan returns image data, while paid plans include cloud storage so generated images can be returned as hosted URLs.

Is there a free trial?

The Free plan is always free. Paid plans that offer a trial show a 'Try N days free' button on their card — no charge until day N+1.

What payment methods are accepted?

Credit and debit cards via Stripe, plus crypto via Cryptomus and local PKR via Volzix. Your admin can enable additional providers from the admin panel.
