4. Account & API Keys

You must keep your API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Billing & Payments

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create with our API. We retain ownership of our API, documentation, and branding. You grant us a license to process your requests as needed to provide the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate services for violation of these terms or for business reasons with reasonable notice where feasible.
