Refund Policy

1. Overview

AI Image API offers usage-based and subscription pricing. This policy explains when and how refunds are handled. We aim to be fair and transparent with our customers.

2. Subscription Plans

For monthly or yearly subscription plans (e.g., Pro, Basic):

  • Within 7 days: Full refund if you cancel and request a refund within 7 days of the initial charge. No questions asked.
  • After 7 days: No refunds for the current billing period. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
  • Downgrades: Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle. No partial refund for the remainder of the current period.

3. Usage-Based Billing

For plans billed by usage (pay-as-you-go), charges are final. We do not refund for API requests that were successfully completed. If you believe you were charged in error due to a technical issue, contact our support team with your request ID and we will investigate.

4. Free Tier

The free tier does not require payment. There are no refunds applicable to the free tier.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us via our contact page with your account email and the transaction or invoice reference. We typically process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Exceptions

We may make exceptions for significant service outages or billing errors at our discretion. Enterprise customers may have custom terms specified in their agreement.
